IMPORTANT NOTICE: MATERNITY LEAVE

I am having my fourth baby in February, 2025, therefore will not be taking on new families for January 2025 - August 2025 due dates.

I will resume taking on families for births due September 2025 and onward.

Birth Doula Package

The current package I offer includes a free consultation (typically virtual), resources and unlimited check-ins throughout your pregnancy, one prenatal visit in your home (or another preferred location) that will be 2-3 hours long, development of a comprehensive birth plan with discussions of options, attendance at your labor and birth, and a post-partum visit to your home within 14 days of your birth. At the prenatal meeting, we will discuss your birth preferences and create a detailed birth plan together.

I support births at homes & birth centers. While I absolutely do transfer with families should they end up needing care in a hospital setting, I do not typically accept planned hospital births at this time.

Birth Doula Fee: $1,500
- Half due upon signing of contract, remainder due by 37 weeks gestation

** I am fully certified as a birth doula through DONA International. I have also completed a Spinning Babies workshop.

I am located approximately 45 minutes north of the Twin Cities in the Cambridge-Isanti area. I serve the Twin Cities, the northern suburbs, and as far north as Milaca/Mora/Pine City. Please contact me to ensure I can serve you at your chosen birth location.
